Services Covered Under These Terms

USA Rental Pros provides roll-off dumpster and portable toilet rentals for construction, event, and residential use in Coral Springs, FL 33071. Services include delivery, pickup, and scheduled servicing. This agreement covers standard waste disposal, including municipal solid waste and construction debris, and portable sanitation units. Excluded items require separate agreements: hazardous waste governed by EPA RCRA, septic pumping (licensed haulers), and street-placed dumpsters needing a Right-of-Way permit from the Municipal Public Works Department. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires toilets for 20+ workers; ADA-compliant units per Title III are available. Local solid waste ordinances dictate acceptable debris. Any service beyond scope must be approved in writing.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Changes

Appointments are scheduled based on inventory and route planning. For dumpsters placed on public roads, the customer must obtain a Right-of-Way permit from the local Municipal Public Works Department. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the rental. Changes to container size or toilet count must be made at least 48 hours before delivery to ensure availability. Any additional servicing requested mid-rental will be billed at the current rate. Failure to provide access for delivery or pickup may result in a trip charge.

Estimates, Pricing, and Payment Terms

Workmanship Warranty Coverage

USA Rental Pros warrants that all equipment is delivered in good working condition and serviced according to industry standards. If a unit malfunctions or fails to meet basic sanitation requirements, we will replace or service it within 24 hours of notification. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, vandalism, or weather events. Any modifications to equipment without authorization void the warranty. Coverage is limited to the rental period only.

Limitation of Liability

USA Rental Pros’ liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including project delays, property damage from placement, or fines from permit violations. The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining necessary permits and complying with all local ordinances, including those from the Municipal Public Works Department and Broward County Health Department. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions on the site, such as underground utilities or surface damage.
